Heavy Equipment Operator Training Programs
Our
programs have been designed to develop or enhance knowledge and skills
in heavy equipment operation in the growing mining sector. The courses
focus on safety, productivity and efficiency. Canada needs a new generation
of heavy equipment operators who will be safety and production stars
in present and future mines. We can develop programs for industry
or in partnership with educational institutions.
Companies
using our training programs and services can expect improvements in
safety and production. These improvements will reduce or eliminate
equipment damage, injuries and production losses. WCB rate savings
and insurance rate savings more than pay for the cost of training.
Our training can be customized to your work situation or you can enroll
employees in our standard training schedule at our facilities.
Educational
institutions can expect a program that encompasses all aspects of
heavy equipment operation, utilizes veteran, highly skilled trainers,
and meets the training needs of the community.
We
can also customize our training methods to a conversational style
that fits well with aboriginal employees. Our training experience
with Dene and Dog Rib First Nations peoples is very positive and has
been very successful.
